Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Schönbrunn Palace and the metro, offering spacious, modern rooms. The service was mainly friendly, though language barriers were encountered. The dining options were satisfactory but with limited choices. The facility has some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and beautiful, with lots of light and a magnificent balcony above the roofs of Vienna. It was very comfortable and spacious, though it lacked a kettle. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff who answered all our questions about sightseeing. The location was great, close to the Schonbrunn Palace and with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was decent but could have more variety in the menu. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
My stay at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, roomy, and quiet, with a surprisingly huge double room that was the largest I've ever had in a European hotel. The service was welcoming and friendly, offering fantastic assistance throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to the Schönbrunn Palace and the Metro, though a bit challenging to find open convenience stores nearby. The dining experience was decent but lacked some variety in options. On the plus side, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
When I arrived at 3.30 pm, the room wasn't ready, and there wasn't a phone to reach the reception. However, the room was spacious with nice details like a wireless charger for my phone. It didn't quite match what I saw on Booking.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and modern, although some furniture showed signs of wear and tear. The lack of a fridge was a downside. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nice with a queen size bed, but they definitely needed more daily light and brighter lighting. The service was a bit challenging as the staff didn't speak English and kept talking in German even though I couldn't understand, but they were kind and friendly overall. The location was great for sightseeing and close to the U4 line, but the area felt a little dodgy when walking from Meidlinger Hauptstrasse station. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and coffee. The hotel lacks certain amenities like air conditioning, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities, but it makes up for it with proximity to the subway and different restaurants nearby.
My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The rooms were ready upon my arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. They are certainly at the forefront of good design and layout, fabulously quiet, stylishly and tastefully decorated, with a superbly comfortable bed, and equipped with the best available technology. The modern design and eye-catching decor, along with the new and very comfy bedding, made my stay exceptionally comfortable. However, the location wasn't perfect, which was a slight downside, but being in a quiet street near Schönbrunn Palace was a definite highlight.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were big with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom, but the strong smell of smoke made it unenjoyable. On the bright side, the rooms were modern, clean, and had all the comforts a traveler needs and wants. However, I did encounter water dripping from the ceiling which was concerning.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom, though they were slightly warm during my visit, requiring a fan. The service was exceptional, especially when I needed fresh sheets and towels. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace and close to public transportation. The dining experience offered a decent selection of food for a quick meal. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a nasty smell of smoke that lingered despite opening the windows, but it was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The service was friendly and helpful, although they were not keen on contactless interactions. The location was great, near two metro stations for easy access to the center and airport. However, the dining options were lacking, and there were no mini fridges in the rooms or an on-site restaurant. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
