Koncept Hotel Liebelei, Vienna

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nice with a queen size bed, but they definitely needed more daily light and brighter lighting. The service was a bit challenging as the staff didn't speak English and kept talking in German even though I couldn't understand, but they were kind and friendly overall. The location was great for sightseeing and close to the U4 line, but the area felt a little dodgy when walking from Meidlinger Hauptstrasse station. The dining experience was satisfactory with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and coffee. The hotel lacks certain amenities like air conditioning, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities, but it makes up for it with proximity to the subway and different restaurants nearby.

My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The rooms were ready upon my arrival, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. They are certainly at the forefront of good design and layout, fabulously quiet, stylishly and tastefully decorated, with a superbly comfortable bed, and equipped with the best available technology. The modern design and eye-catching decor, along with the new and very comfy bedding, made my stay exceptionally comfortable. However, the location wasn't perfect, which was a slight downside, but being in a quiet street near Schönbrunn Palace was a definite highlight.

The dining experience offered a decent selection of food for a quick meal. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay.

The service was friendly and helpful, although they were not keen on contactless interactions. The location was great, near two metro stations for easy access to the center and airport. However, the dining options were lacking, and there were no mini fridges in the rooms or an on-site restaurant. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
